We also keep our free shipping thresholds as low as possible, making it easier and more affordable to order from us whether you’re in the UK or across Europe.
For European customers, we make international shipping straightforward with Duty Paid shipping available on qualifying orders. This means no surprise customs charges, no hidden import fees, and no unexpected bills on delivery — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Delivery Services
All UK orders are shipped using fully tracked next-day delivery services via:

European Orders
Duty & Taxes Pre-Paid on Orders Over £150
All European orders over £150 are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service via UPS.
This means:
- Duties and taxes are fully paid by FCUP Sports
- No additional import charges on arrival
- No surprise customs fees
- Faster and smoother delivery experience
The price you pay at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Orders Under £150
Orders under £150 are shipped via Royal Mail.
For these orders:
- VAT and import duties may be payable on arrival
- Your local courier or postal service may request payment before delivery
In some countries, orders under £150 may not incur duty charges, but customers should check local import regulations.

We aim to offer free or low-cost shipping where possible; however, shipping rates are not currently set up for all countries.
If a shipping rate does not appear at checkout for your country, this does not mean we cannot ship to you. Please email us with your order details and full delivery address, and we will provide a total order and shipping quote.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return unused items within 14 days. Items must be in original condition unless faulty.
