Sales & Pricing

- If a sale or promotion begins after your purchase, we are unable to adjust the price retrospectively.
- All orders depend on product availability.
Shipping
UK Shipping – We work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly. Delivery times can vary based on courier schedules and location.
International Shipping – We ship to selected countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your region (please contact us for estimated delay times). Customs duties or import taxes are paid for by FC UP Sports on orders over £150. For orders under £150, any taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility. (Often, in some countries, orders under £150 have no duty charged — but it’s important to check local regulations.)
Complimentary Items
Occasionally, we include free or promotional items with your order. These items are not covered under warranty, but if something arrives damaged, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to help with an affordable replacement option.
Open Packaging
To ensure product quality, we sometimes inspect items such as pumps, paddles, or accessories before dispatch. This may result in packaging that appears resealed. All items are still brand new and fully quality checked.
Warranty
Warranty policies vary by brand and will follow each manufacturer’s guidelines. If an issue occurs, we will assess the product and confirm whether it is covered.
- If a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item with a like-for-like product.
- If the original model is unavailable, an updated version may be provided.
- Warranty does not include optional upgrades or model swaps outside like-for-like replacement.
Warranty Shipping
Customers are responsible for sending the product back for assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.
Returns & Refunds
- Standard items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
- Clearance items are non-refundable. If returned, a credit voucher (valid for 3 months) will be issued. Shipping costs will be deducted.
Payment Options
We offer a range of payment methods, including Klarna instalment options. All Klarna payments are handled directly by Klarna under their privacy and data policies.
