The Outdoor Master GEM MIPS Bike Helmet combines advanced impact protection, a lightweight in-mould construction and an adjustable fit to provide comfortable, dependable protection for cycling. Designed for road cycling, commuting, touring and cross-country riding, the GEM features an integrated MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) low-friction layer, which allows controlled movement between the helmet and head during certain angled impacts. This 10–15 mm of multidirectional movement helps to reduce rotational forces transmitted to the head, adding an extra level of protection.
The helmet uses a reinforced polycarbonate outer shell combined with shock-absorbing EPS foam, manufactured using an in-mould construction process. This creates a durable, lightweight design that provides effective impact absorption without compromising everyday comfort. The 25 ventilation openings promote airflow through the helmet, helping to keep your head cool and comfortable.
A removable visor provides additional versatility, helping to shield your eyes from direct sunlight, dust, and glare. When a visor is not required, it can be removed to create a cleaner, more streamlined profile.
For everyday comfort and hygiene, the GEM features a removable internal lining that provides a secure, comfortable fit while allowing the padding to be removed when required. The adjustable retention system makes it easy to fine-tune the fit using the rear adjustment dial and straps, helping the helmet stay securely positioned while you ride.
