The 28″ width enhances speed and glide whilst enhancing stability.
The Speed Plus series of boards features advanced paddleboard innovation, refined for optimal performance to give racers every advantage possible. Constructed with high-density, 1000-denier, double-laminated woven drop stitch and combined with a high-performance carbon triple rail edge and 3K carbon stringers top and bottom, these features contribute to a 35% flex reduction.
The Speed is designed with multi-use D-rings, making this race board not only a strong contender for race wins, but also capable of transforming into an adventure tourer by expanding the cargo area and adding portage handles.
The Speed Plus features a patented Carbon Nose Cone, which, when paired with the flat rocker design, water release rail, and a kickpad for mastering step-back turns and advanced manoeuvres, delivers exceptional forward motion precision. These elements work in harmony to enhance glide and speed, allowing the board to move effortlessly through the water.
The Speed features our patented Smart-Tec fin and finbox, making it easy for first-time paddlers to simply ‘click’ and go. As skills progress, the system also provides a wide variety of universal (US) fin options for added versatility and performance. The fin is also designed to allow the board to be rolled up with ease.
